Progress on TopStyle Pro 3.11
Even though I'm posting more about FeedDemon lately, most of my work these days has been with the upcoming TopStyle Pro 3.11. Version 3.11 will focus on bug fixes rather than new features, and will be a free upgrade for existing 3.10 customers. I don't have an expected release date at the moment, but it shouldn't be more than a few weeks before a beta is available.
BTW, among the problems fixed already are these two bugs, which have been the most commonly reported ones:
- The file panel paints a "ghost" image when the screen resolution is above 1024x768 (only occurs on certain graphics cards)
- Access violation on Windows 98 when viewing files that have a corrupt (or missing) creation date

I will say that I've never experienced a single bug with TopStyle Pro but a bugfix release is just one step closer to the next full version release and that's exciting.
I love TopStyle!

Who would use a FTP area on a CSS editor? what is it Dreamweaver?
Although Topstyle Pro and Lite are slightly different, I can say, I've never had a problem with Lite on any platform.
And I'll be waiting to see the post about the number of people who want support for the "bug" that will appear for the illegal versions.

FWIW, I'd really appreciate if you could fix that file panel sorting problem on non-local/"non-native" disks. I have all my work files on a PGP-disk and hate having to click on file name header to re-sort all the time.

Great to hear about the upcoming (slight) improvements. I guess the current product is so polished that it is hard to find anything major that needs fixing.

I know I don't post much or check out the TopStyle newsgroups, but I've owned TopStyle Pro 3.10 for quite a while now and love it. Happy customer here! Can't wait for this new update. :)
