Microsoft.com redesign

As reported here, here, here and here, the Microsoft.com home page has been redesigned for the better. Although it's still not fully standards-compliant, it's a huge step forward from previous redesigns.

They have used the Gradiant Filters which don't work on Gecko Browsers. Also the Design is mediocre.
