First draft of FeedDemon's help

The first draft of FeedDemon's help is finally online. If you're viewing this in FeedDemon right now, just hit F1 to display the help.

I've chosen a top-level view for those just starting out with FeedDemon, but over time I'll be adding more information for advanced users.

Forward and back buttons would be helpful for navigation. Once you click a topic you need to go press the back button on your browser to get back to the list of topics again. Otherwise looks great!
