Glenn Slaven has written a handy tool which enables posting to Windows Live Writer from FeedDemon. Glenn, thanks for sharing this!
PS: I'm planning to add native Live Writer support to the next version of FeedDemon.

Are there any plans for doing something for WordPress or is there anything currently out and I have just missed it. THanks

Thanks Nick, it's great to hear my little ap will soon be redundant!
Andy, you can add a blog publishing tool in FeedDemon for Wordpress with this commandline:
http://www.your-domain.com/wp-admin/post.php?text=$ITEM_DESCRIPTION_PLAIN$&popupurl=$ITEM_LINK$&popuptitle=$ITEM_TITLE$
that will open up the wordpress edit form with the contents of the news item in it. You need to use the $ITEM_DESCRIPTION_PLAIN$ token rather than $ITEM_DESCRIPTION$ because the query string can't take HTML.

I've added a "how to", including a screencast, on how to install the plugin and how to configure FeedDemon afterwards.
Thanks *so much* for the plugin,Glenn. FeedDemon is as important to me as my Outlook :-)
